With our exclusive production process we polish the edges of the stone to achieve a semi-rounded finish. This way we achieve a Class 3 slipperiness level, as well as a neat final appearance and a great smoothness at the time of application.
Mechanical drying.
With our exclusive mechanical drying system we can assure that the humidity indexes will always be lower than 0.7%, being this one of the keys in our production process. In fact, we can say that we are currently the only company in Spain capable of drying the material by mechanical means.
100% natural materials. 100% ecological.
In Téseris we always use 100% natural raw materials of Spanish origin. In addition, we do not add dyes or chemical products that may alter its natural properties. With this we guarantee our customers that the appearance of the stone will be durable over time.
Thorough cleaning.
Through our double washing system (one at the beginning of the process and the other during screening) we manage to eliminate the dirt adhered to the raw material almost completely. This process is of vital importance for the good performance of the product when it binds to the resins.
Ready for use.
Our aggregates are always delivered to the customer in perfect condition and ready for immediate use. Thanks to our production process we can guarantee that Aggregates reach the customer with the optimum moisture and cleanliness indexes, which are essential for its immediate mixing with resins.
Selection of veins and lots.
Thanks to our exhaustive selection process and subsequent bagging, we are able to categorize our products by batches. In this way we can guarantee that the material of each batch corresponds to the same grain and avoid unsightly color changes or application problems.
